Why Validate?
In areas that clean air supply is critical, it is imperative that fine air particles are frequently tested to ensure that the area continues to comply with the initial design standard. We recommend Particle Count and Air Velocity testing every 6 months.
When cleanrooms and theatres are built or renovated, they need to be tested in order to comply with international requirements. The quantity and quality of the air supplied, the air movement between and within cleanrooms and the particle and microbiological counts should be in line with the various requirements laid down in the various types of controlled environments classifications.
